(Argentina).- As part of the conferences to be held in Buenos Aires, Yogonet will present a space dedicated to the analysis of the huge flow of information that casinos receive nowadays from their customers, and how to take advantage of that information. At 12,45 on November 12th – at Salón Puerto Salguero within the Costa Salguero Convention Center – Andrew Cardno, a specialist on the issue and, with extensive US casino experience, will offer his insights on technologies and data analysis.

In the ’Information Age’ in which we live, the means to collect customer data have proliferated, with obvious relevance to the gambling industry. But, of the information available, which is the most important, reliable or necessary to take decisions on the future of a casino, Andrew Cardno, inventor of more than 60 patents, winner of two Smithsonian awards and consultant of international companies such as Harrah’s Entertainment, IGT, Trump Entertainment Resort, Best Buy, Wall-Mart and Penn National Gaming, will deliver an engaging talk on the matter, focusing on the quantity vs quality dilemma of information in decision-making. 

Carno’s will be the last talk of the first day of EY! 2013 Encuentro Yogonet (November 12).
