SPIELO and Boss Media complete employee transfer to HCL Technologies
(Sweden).- GTECH announced that its subsidiaries SPIELO International UK (SPIELO) and Boss Media AB (Boss Media) have met all closing conditions of the agreements signed on September 13, 2013 with HCL Technologies and HCL Sweden AB (HCL).

(Sweden).- GTECH announced that its subsidiaries SPIELO International UK (SPIELO) and Boss Media AB (Boss Media) have met all closing conditions of the agreements signed on September 13, 2013 with HCL Technologies and HCL Sweden AB (HCL).
The agreements provide for the transfer of 143 Sweden-based Boss Media employees to HCL and the provision by HCL to SPIELO of certain technical operations services that were previously provided by Boss Media. The closing is effective as of November 1, 2013.
