Betfair teams up with Trump Plaza

(US / UK).- UK online betting and gaming operator Betfair has confirmed its partnership with Trump Plaza Associates, in a press release issued on Wednesday. Betfair offering online gaming in New Jersey under an agreement with Trump Plaza who holds a New Jersey internet gambling permit.

The company said it will follow up its “LetsPlayNJ.com” campaign, where prospective customers can receive more information on the company developments ahead of the state officially opening its market, with a heavy-weight multi-faceted advertising campaign in New Jersey involving billboards, online advertising, TV, radio and social media.

The page, which appears on LetsPlayNJ.com and BetfairNJ.com, is part of a pre-launch marketing campaign by the UK-based online betting exchange in preparation for its entry into theGardenState. Players who visit the page are prompted to join a mailing list and participate in a three question casino quiz that tests their knowledge of common casino games.

Betfair’s current campaign features digital display ads at the ferry terminals in Hoboken targeting New Jersey commuters as well as Twitter and Facebook social profiles offering free-to-play competitions, sweepstakes and games ahead of launch.
