(Jamaica).- Caribbean lottery operator Supreme Ventures (SVL) is to install 125 new sportsbetting terminals by the end of the year and has targeted a total of 500 new terminals by 2015. The devices will be supplied by technology, partner lottery and gaming company GTECH.

According to the Jamaica Gleaner newspaper, SVL will install 125 GT1200 Altura terminals by the end of 2013. The move comes shortly after SVL added 15 new locations to its JustBet network. The firm said that it plans to increase this by nine further sites.

Although SVL did not disclose the financial details of the installation strategy, it did confirm the expansion would be implemented in three phases, starting this month.

Sonia Davidson, SVL’s vice-president, said: “We will initially roll out the new terminals to our best performing agents, who have implemented the company's best business practices.”
