Expectations high before first Macao Gaming Show

(Macau).- The organisers are expecting 100 exhibitors and about 6,500 visitors at the first Macao Gaming Show between November 14 and 16 at The Venetian Macao. The Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association said VIP gaming promoters including David Group, Heng Shen Group, Jimei Group, Macau Golden Group and the Suncity Group were likely to take part.

The exhibition is meant to promote makers of gaming equipment and to drive sales.

The first Macao Gaming Show (MGS) is organized by the Macau Gaming Equipment Manufacturers Association (MGEMA) and co-organized by the General Association of Administrators and Promoters for Macau Gaming Industry, Associação de Mediadores de Jogos e Entretenimento de Macau, Macau Jockey Club, MACAUSLOT, and Macau Yat Yuen Canidrome.  The event will be managed by China-Macao Resources Advertising & Exhibition Co. It is the first large scale gaming and entertainment exhibition organized and run by Macao organizations.  

MGS will have a floor area of over 10,000 m2.  Exhibitors and buyers eyeing the Asian market will be coming from all corners of the world.  

The event will cover six gaming industry segments, including: Casino fixtures and facilities, Gaming equipment and accessories Gaming promoters (junkets) and VIP clubs, Promotional services and memorabilia, Entertainment and performances

Food and beverages.

The event includes the Macao Gaming Summit. A series of seminars and other special events will also be hosted during the show.
