(Swaziland).- The Piggs Peak Casino, the only casino in the tiny kingdom of Swaziland, situated in South Africa, has handed back its operating license to the Swazi government. Authorities have taken over the running of the location.

The casino was operated by Casino Enterprises, which said  the decision to cease running the facility was taken because the South African courts had decided, in effect, to make it illegal for South Africans to gamble online, even on a site not actually located in South Africa.

As most of the Piggs Peak revenues came from online operations, the court decision made it untenable for the casino to be operated at its fullest potential.
