The appointment also comes on the back of the creation of a more comprehensive direct sales presence, and services and supports to better serve customers worldwide.
Bowe brings a wealth of direct customer support management to FutureLogic with over 7 years of experience as North American Service and Facility Manager with Suzo-Happ, a distributer of gaming, amusement, vending and industrial components. He also brings 22 years of U.S. Air Force electronics and quality experience to the position and holds an MBA and BS degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an AAS degree in electronics from Community College of the Air Force.
In his new role, he will lead FutureLogic’s North American technical support team and will be responsible for ensuring all its customers across North America have the best possible experience of FutureLogic’s printing and couponing solutions. Bowe will also develop and implement strategic service plans with the firm’s sales, engineering and product management teams and the new service and repair facility to deliver a fully integrated customer experience for FutureLogic’s customers across all sales channels.
“We are always looking to add highly trained and motivated people to our staff,” said Nick Micalizzi, FutureLogic’s VP of Sales and Marketing, North America. “Tony’s experience and successful track record make him a great addition to our team as we now move to enhance our relationship with our gaming customers.”
