In this role, Rosenberg will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians servicing customers in Nevada, Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona and California.

His background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and computer science from the University of Kansas, followed by roles including slot technician, bench technician, field service supervisor, field service manager, and senior manager of field service. He has extensive experience servicing both games and systems as an operator and during his eight-year tenure with Konami.
