Konami promotes Director of Field Service for the Western Region

(US).- Konami Gaming announced that Joel Rosenberg has been promoted to the position of director of field service, western region. He brings 18 years of gaming experience to this new role which encompasses field service for both systems and games products.

In this role, Rosenberg will be responsible for managing a team of field technicians servicing customers in Nevada, Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona and California.

Jack Schaffer, vice president, customer service at Konami explained, “Joel has been with Konami since 2005 and is a valuable member of our management team. He is committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service. Our customers recognize the value of working with someone as knowledgeable as Joel who has extensive experience on both the games and systems side of the business.”

His background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and computer science from the University of Kansas, followed by roles including slot technician, bench technician, field service supervisor, field service manager, and senior manager of field service. He has extensive experience servicing both games and systems as an operator and during his eight-year tenure with Konami.
