Hungarian National Lottery launched its sports betting website

(Hungary).- After a five-month testing period, the Hungarian National Lottery Szerencsejáték Zrt has launched its long-awaited online sports betting website at tippmixpro.hu The website, which was due for launch around mid 2012, was developed by GTECH G2.
The website due for launch around the middle of last year was developed by GTECH G2 which reportedly failed to meet the delivery deadline and was subsequently charged us$ 473,284 in penalties according to the Budapest Business Journal (BBJ).
The BBJ said taking into consideration the penalty, the cost of developing the site and operating it for six years will amount to us$ 1,884,210.
