New company name and ticker symbol change
Lottomatica Group changes its name to GTECH S.p.A.

(Italy).- Lottomatica Group announced the enrollment with the Rome Companies’ Register of the notarial deed regarding, inter alia, the change of the company name to “GTECH S.p.A.,” as resolved by the Shareholders’ Meeting on May 8, 2013.
The new company name will become effective on June 3, 2013. The new ticker symbol “GTK” on the Milan Stock Exchange will also become effective on June 3.
ADRs will trade on the U.S. over-the-counter (OTC) Pink Sheet market under the new symbol “GTKYY,” and the new CUSIP number is 40053Q104.
