MEI received strong interest at German Slot Summit

The SC Advance has evolved from the award-winning CASHFLOW SC note acceptor, applying new technology and market knowledge. It features enhanced recognition technology, faster bill-to-bill speed, improved barcode recognition and the increased capacity to accept up to 100 different currencies and denominations. SC Advance also has the industry’s best acceptance rate for valid street-grade notes, including those that are wet, crinkled or torn.

First-time acceptance at a high speed is a key factor for banknote reading technology in the casino industry. Thus, the interest from German casino operators was strong to learn more about how the SC Advance can help them create an even better casino feeling for players and enhanced performance for operators. EASITRAX also plays a key role for operators.

The firm also added that more and more MEI customers are implementing EASITRAX Soft Count, a product extension that expands the reach of note acceptors from the slot floor into the soft count room. The addition of EASITRAX to SC Advance or CASHFLOW SC creates a comprehensive software/hardware system designed to streamline the cash management process. Since it was introduced in 2008, EASITRAX Soft Count has been installed in over 100,000 games worldwide. 

The MEI product family was rounded off with the combination of the SC Advance together with the BNF (bulk note feeder). Here up to 30 notes can be entered at one time which are then individually fed into the SC Advance. This is the ideal solution for table games and has been integrated already into several providers of automatic DROP machines.
