(Macau).- TransAct Technologies announced that it will be demonstrating the Epicentral Print System with a full suite of exciting features and applications at G2E Asia 2013. Taking place at the Venetian Macau May 22 - 23, the firm will provide attendees with in-depth demonstrations of this state-of-the-art promotional couponing system on Stand 129.

Epicentral, the software system that prints promotional coupons right at the slot machine or table game to carded and uncarded players, has emerged as the industry leader with three more recent floor-wide installations of Epicentral at casinos with 1,700, 1,800 and 500 slot machines respectively. With performance metrics that include 100% increase in lower-tier player ADT (Average Daily Theo) on the day the player receives a free play coupon, 30% increase in percentage of carded play, 25% increase in players qualifying for the top-tier of the players club, and record-setting promotions, operators are increasingly embracing Epicentral as a key component of their casino marketing programs.

Paired with the award winning Epic 950 ticket printer and ServerPort, the Epicentral Print System provides casino marketing teams with an exciting new tool to connect with their players, to enhance customer loyalty, and to drive increased results. With this system, operators now have an easy to use, versatile enhancement to traditional marketing campaigns. The ability to develop customized and unique promotional coupons and send them directly to the player while at the slot machine significantly increases “on-property” behavior by providing the players with “another way to win”. With a myriad of options, promotions and offers are limitless based on any number of flexible criteria such as uncarded player time on the machine, coin in, carded player data, rated player data, earned rewards, randomly awarded prizes and more.

In an increasingly competitive market, casino operators seek to enhance the player experience to secure market share and earn player loyalty. By deploying the Epicentral Print System on their slot machines, electronic and table games across the casino floor, they have the capability of connecting directly with their players in an exciting real-time fashion designed to drive an enhanced player experience.

In addition to the Epicentral Print System and the Epic 950 ticket printer, TransAct will also demonstrate their family of Epic gaming receipt printers, the Epic 430 and Epic 880. These printers are used for printing by all types of non-casino gaming machines such as Video Lottery Terminals (VLT), Fixed-Odds Betting Terminals (FOBT), Amusement with Prizes (AWP), and Skill with Prizes (SWP).
