(Spain).- President of Madrid Council, Ignacio González, has admitted last week that Las Vegas Sands has made progress in some "quite delicate lines” of the Eurovegas project but there are "two or three things" left to "improve" and they expect it to be presented “formally” at the Registry Office of the regional government to start the public tender.

"We are waiting Las Vegas Sands to present its project formally and I expect them to do them soon,” indicated González after being asked about the project.

González explained that "they have to improve some issues for that project. A few quite detailed lines of what the project could be have been released, but they have to finish to improve it and formalize it,” through the formal presentation at the registry office.

Madrid President has explained that, once it is performed, the Madrid government will start the public tender, in case another company wants to do a formal presentation. "There are two or three issues left to improve, I expect it can be solved as soon as possible,” has pointed the Madrid leader.
