FADJA Colombia sets the theme of RSE

(Colombia).- 3A Producciones, the organizer of the Andean Gaming Trade Show, sets the theme of Company Social Responsibility (RSE) and establishes a goal for 2014, which is to collect and important amount among casino operators, permanent bets, lotteries and novelty games.

In the second version of FADJA Colombia, the results of the campaign will be presented to the gaming industry and the public opinion. The amount collected will be destined to social work though foundations chosen by a Directive Committee which will be summoned in the month of June.

Company Social Responsibility is a concept referring to the roll that companies are playing in favor of Sustainable Human Development; that is, the balance between economic growth, social welfare, the rational use of natural resources and respect for the environment. The organizers of a globalized world are recognizing compromises that go beyond obeying the law and maximize profits. 

“Our trade show, congresses and business round holding supports and works for the past 20 years in the development of environmental projects with Fundacion Universo Verde. This year we gathered information from all the sectors of the gaming industry which allowed us to calculate in more than us$ 46.3 million the contributions to RSE programs in the country.

The purpose is to present before the public opinion and the communication media the actions of Company Social Responsibility which are held in the different sectors if the industry of the Andean Region. From this point, we began a social campaign, using the platform of the FADJA trade show to promote the actions of all the companies to compromise ourselves with the cause. The idea is to increase the RSE donations and projects, to recognize integrally the management of this important line of economy in favor of the social net and sustainability of the planet,” declares s Jose Anibal Aguirre, CEO.
 
Last Wednesday, April 3, as the commemoration of the fifteen years of FADJA,  the initiative was launched in Bogota before the representative of localized games such as multinational Codere; the novelty gaming companies such as Corredor Empresarial  and Gelsa permanent bets; Fedelco and the Colombian lotteries. The following also attended the event: Feceazar, Fecoljuegos and Camazar. Novomatic was also present representing the manufacturers and distributors who exhibited their products in the Andean Gaming Trade Show 2013.

The Andean Gaming Trade Show will continue moving the social wheel in FADJA Peru, where it will present the RSE actions done in the country from the regulated sectors, such as casinos, slot machines and lotteries.

In the frame of the fourth FADJA Peru trade show on May 28 at the Hotel Westin Libertador in Lima, the III Latin American Summit of Gaming Associations and the First RSE Event of the Peruvian industry will take place.  Representatives of the  Casino and Slot Machine General Directors of Foreign Trade and Tourism, MINCETUR, and INABIF, the National Welfare Institute. The show has the institutional support of Sonaja Social, Proas, la Cot, Asonait and Apeja.
