NEWave wins software contract in Louisiana

NEWave will install several components of its award-winning myCompliance Manager software suite, including Title 31 Manager, which completes, files and archives forms required to comply with FinCEN Title 31 money laundering requirements; and Tax Form Validator, which completes, files and archives forms required to comply with IRS income reporting requirements, and ties the entire casino together with one software solution.

Also part of the myCompliance Manager solution installed at Margaritaville Bossier City is TINCheck, which quickly validates address and tax ID information against USPS and IRS databases and reduces B-Notice fines; OFAC Watch List, which provides real-time notification that a patron could be on a variety of watch lists, including OFAC, SDN and PEP; and eFile IRS, which provides expert electronic filing of IRS tax forms. Additional services include B-Notice resolution and mailing of 1099 MISC forms.
