(US).- Cadillac Jack announced that it has been named one of metro Atlanta’s Top 100 Workplaces by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s (AJC). More than 1,000 companies throughout the Metro Atlanta area participated in the annual contest held by the AJC and Workplace Dynamics.

The Top Workplaces award is based solely upon anonymous employee survey results.  Criteria included direction of the company, execution, work conditions, career paths, management, pay and benefits.  Participants were also given the opportunity to comment on their company’s values, work environment, leadership and strategy.

“We are extremely proud to be voted by our employees as one of the best places to work in metro Atlanta,” said Mauro Franic, Chief Operating Officer of Cadillac Jack. “Creating and fostering an engaging and rewarding work environment where our employees may thrive, both professionally and personally, is a top priority for us.  We are fortunate to have a global team of outstanding employees.  This achievement reflects the effort, passion and dedication of all Cadillac Jack team members.”

Cadillac Jack was ranked among the top 30 companies within the midsized category. The firm designs, manufactures and markets innovative and entertaining electronic games for the US and international markets.  The company employs 350 people globally, with 165 engineering, game design, customer service, marketing, human resources and finance professionals located at the Duluth (Gwinnett County) headquarters.

Members of Cadillac Jack’s management team accepted the award on behalf of the entire company during an awards ceremony April 25 and the Top Workplaces list was published in the Sunday edition of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  This is the first year Cadillac Jack has participated in the Top 100 Workplaces survey.  The company was also named to the 2012 Georgia FAST 40 list for demonstrating sustained revenue and employment growth.
