“The commitment is to advance on the regularization of the Internet gaming operation that, as every operation, must tax to provincial states,” affirmed Rodríguez, who added that “the Internet gaming operation is already among us and, as responsible of the administration and regulation of gaming industry in our country, we cannot let it continue growing without any commercial and legal frame to regulate it.”
The meeting was held in the venue of ALEA in Buenos Aires city, and counted with the participation of representatives of the 24 entities (provinces) that regulate gaming in the country, among which there were the President of the Lottery of Neuquén, Alfredo Mónaco, the President of the Lottery of Chubut, Marcelo Diz; Head of the Social Welfare Fund of Santa Fe, Álvaro Gaviola and the President of the Bank of Social Action of Jujuy, Enrique Nazario.
