PokerStars parent completes New Jersey license application
(US).- Rational Group US Holdings, the parent company of PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, has completed its application for a state gaming license according to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.

(US).- Rational Group US Holdings, the parent company of PokerStars and Full Tilt Poker, has completed its application for a state gaming license according to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement.
The state gaming department now has 90 days to investigate Rational Group before scheduling a hearing to determine whether to award the operator with an interim license.
If successful with its application, the Rational Group intends to purchase the Atlantic Club Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City, and spend around us$ 40 million over the next five years to make the property representative of the PokerStars brand.
