How have you experienced your participation in FADJA?
First of all, I would like to mention that, in my opinion, this year’s FADJA edition has been more visited and the assisting companies have invested in offering wider and more comfortable booths for the public, as we also did. Congratulations to the promoters for that labor.
With regard to our participation, I can say that we really exceeded all our expectations, we are very satisfied with the results achieved, in particular with our A560 Platform which has had great acceptance in Colombian market and Latin America in general. The performance of our games has been excellent both in the capital city as well as in the interior of the country.
In short, I think that FADJA keeps growing and we grow with it.
How have operators responded to the games and cabinets presented by the firm?
The operators responded very positively. Ainsworth presented a novelty at FADJA: the release for Colombia of our new A560st Slant Top cabinet. The A560st provides for state-of-the-art technology with its dual widescreen LCD presentation, powerful Quadtronic™ processor, compact storage and premium sound system. It is a highly attractive cabinet that impressed many visitors. Among the games released, definitely the most regarded was the Multi Win III, which counts with the same advantages than I and II but has new game themes.
What Ainsworth products are best positioned in Colombia?
Without a doubt our A560 platform is a great fit for the Colombian market. Among its wide range of games, Multi Win and Multi Win II are some of the top performers, and now with the new release of the new Multi Win III, we are sure the positive results will continue.
Which is the taste of Colombian players, what do Colombian operators demand?
The Colombian player is characterized for wanting a variety of games in one cabinet, however, as it is a market with a gaming culture that still has much potential for development I am sure we will find more diversity in the players, specially in the interior of the country. Operators demand variety, quality and overall a good investment. Ainsworth strives to develop market specific products and the performance of our games is proving that we meet those demands.
What is Ainsworth strategy in Colombia?
Our strategy will focus on being attentive to the demands of the final customer, the player, so the operators will continue to have innovative and top-quality products that respond to their expectations. In order to achieve it, we will continue strangthening the fluid communication with our customers and bringing the necessary support so they always have, as a result, a remarkable performance and an adequate differentiation of their products.
What other countries in the Andean region are important for the company?
Peru is another market in the Andean region that is very important to us, which is why we are focused on the development of this market. We are penetrating with a lot of strength and full of expectations and so far our products are being very well received.
What plans do you have for this year?
Ainsworth will continue to develop new and innovative products that comply with the demands of the end user and we will continue to create and strengthen relationships with our customers to continue to gain footprint in every market.
