How was the experience of FADJA 2013?
It was very enriching. We have been participating at this event for several years, and in this opportunity we consider that the level and quality of the public were very positive. On the other hand, it is always pleasing to be able to visit our customers here in Colombia abd the show is the moment to receive and welcome them.
How did operators respond towards the products presented?
Very well. We have achieved to perform some sales during the show, generating positive expectations for the current year. Suzo-Happ has an extremely wide portfolio of products, which facilitates a lot the operators’ interest. This detail, added to the quality we offer and the comercial strategy of our local distributor -PDP- allows us to position strongly within the Colombian market.
How have you seen the event with regard to the facilities, quality of visitors and business opportunities?
I think it was one of the best shows recently, at least from my point of view. Booths were very well assembled, and I think it defines a bit the expectations and opportunities that all exhibitors have, not only in the Colombian market but also in the Andean region. Luckily, the operators we expected to meet have visited our booth, which pleases us enormously.
In which Latin American markets is Suzo operating strongly?
We are present, obviously in Argentina, Paraguay, Bolivia and Uruguay directly, and then in Chile Peru and Colombia with local distribution points.
Which plans do you have for this year?
To keep on consolidating our position as providers of products, spare parts and services for the gaming and entertainment industry, bringing our customers the best quality of attention.
