Belkin will succeed Laurie Lasseter, who will continue with the company as Executive Technology Advisor and take on special projects as executive sponsor.
As Chief Technology Officer and Vice President Engineering, Belkin will oversee the development and engineering of the Company’s industry-leading hardware, software and system architecture. He will report to Fred Gabbard, Senior Vice President of Product Development Operations.
Most recently, Belkin served as Director of Clinical Integration & New Product Development, Hospira, Inc., and was responsible for developing communication modules, Class 2 Medical Devices and clinical integration services.

Lasseter has been with the company since 2001 and was responsible for the development of the Company’s most successful hardware and software, including the just-launched breakthrough Blade and Gamefield xD cabinets, Sensory Immersion 2.0 gaming products, and the revolutionary CPU-NXT operating systems and processors. The recently introduced CPU-NXT3 processor offers casino customers six times the power of the CPU-NXT2 processor.
Belkin has a BSEE degree from University of Illinois at Chicago, a MSEE from IIT, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University.
