(US).- A week after receiving a trio of licences from the Nevada Gaming Commission, online gambling operator 888 Holdings has agreed a deal that will see it provide Caesars Interactive Entertainment Incorporated with live coverage of the World Series of Poker Europe (WSOPE) and WSOP Asia-Pacific tournaments.

888 is to broadcast real-time coverage via its 888Poker.tv domain of all bracelet events from the WSOP Asia-Pacific, which will begin on Thursday from the Crown Casino and Entertainment Complex in Melbourne, Australia, along with live reporting on the series’ Americas-versus-Europe-versus-Asia-Pacific Caesars Cup team and us$50,000 High Roller competitions.

This global agreement also covers the WSOP Europe, which is scheduled to take place in Paris from October 11 to 24, while 888 intends to run several online promotions and tournaments offering players an opportunity to feature alongside Team 888Poker ambassadors Shane Warne, Sam Holden, Jesse Sylvia, Jake Balsiger and Russell Thomas.

Caesars Interactive Entertainment is the iGaming subsidiary of American land-based casino operator Caesars Entertainment Corporation and is to broadcast additional live coverage of both tournament series via its WSOP.com domain.
