(Italy).- The ENADA Rimini that took place at the ‘RiminiFiera’, last March 12-15, was an excellent opportunity for German GeWeTe to once again demonstrate its strength in depth in change machine technology. No fewer than 10 separate change machine solutions were displayed with GeWeTe partaking on the Merkur Gaming stand – both companies belonging to the Gauselmann Group.

Italy is a key market for GeWeTe, supplier of change machines to arcade operators in Germany, and the past three years have seen the company become a firm supplier to the Italian gaming market.

With over two decades of experience and more than 60,000 change machines in daily operation around the world, GeWeTe rightly registered strong interest at the ENADA Rimini exhibition. The focus on Italy is reflected on the Italian team at GeWeTe with Salvatore Caserta being responsible for sales and Luca Pippo being responsible for technical support.

GeWeTe offers solutions for operators in all kinds of gaming environments – from Comma 6a (AWPs) and Comma 6b (VLTs) and the combination of both. Indeed all VLT provider technology has been integrated into the GeWeTe change machines – enabling operators to integrate GeWeTe change machines regardless of the VLT they have in operation.

“GeWeTe is the only non-Italian change machine manufacturer to firmly establish itself in the Italian gaming market. This success is based on our excellent product and service range. Belonging to the Gauselmann Group and producing in Germany are two further signals to operators that we are the ideal partner in Italy for their change machine requirements. Naturally our Italian team within GeWeTe further underpins our focus on this market and is another success factor”, explained Aristidis Tsikouras, Managing Director of GeWeTe. “Our customers in Italy provide us with excellent feedback and return to purchase change machines again and again from GeWeTe. We are looking forward to increasing our presence in Italy”, Tsikouras concluded.
