“The doors of the Andean Games of Chance Event are open to everyone”

What novelties are you preparing for the 2013 edition of FADJA, which will open its doors Wednesday, April 3rd?
First of all, that FADJA will be stunning. Big Corferias hall is a novelty regarding spacer, height, technology and aesthetics. A very elegant and attractive event has, in this scenario, its best ally. This exclusive trade show that reaches its 15th edition in Corferias, which becomes a huge Las Vegas style casino in which, unlike traditional ones, will not be able to gamble, but do big business.

Who have confirmed their presence as exhibitors? Who will debut there?
In this occasion, the Colombian event has, among its exhibitors, the best producers of casino equipment, but we will also count with the biggest draw company in Colombia, such as Gtech Colombia, and companies dedicated to the supply of online services and sellers of all kinds of games, such as Grupo Empresarial en Línea, Gelsa.

How many visitors do you calculate will come this year? What profile of assistants do you want to achieve? What countries / markets do you target?
We are expecting the assistance of 5,000 operators, visitors from all the cities of Colombia and the Andean Region, Central America and the Caribbean. Even the oficial hotel of the show informs about books held from the United States, Europe and Asia. The visitors’ profile has to do with big, médium and small businessmen. We will have from Presidents of multinational companies up to managers of smal gambing halls. We are also betting to visitors that come to explore the médium-term market possibilities for internet betting and other innovative games that the Colombia regulator has in mind to authorize in short.

What advantages does Corferias offer to exhibitors and visitors? How do you experiment the return to this venue?
The facilities comply with the demands of a big convention center, bringing exhibitors all types of services in order to make its exhibition more productive, according to its needs in technology, furniture, audiovisual support, internal transport of equipment and storage of goods in permanent free trade zone, tax free.

What does a contest like Miss Gaming bring to an important event like FADJA?
We have opened the doors to Miss Gaming because it is a charming contest, with social purposes and integration in the sector, in this enormous umbrella of entertainment, with the beauty of the Colombian women. Miss Gaming is an inevitable ally in the funniest and most productive event of the Andean Region.

What does FADJA Social Bingo consist of?
FADJA Social Bingo has been postponed for another opportunity. On Wednesday April 3 we will organize a very important event of Corporate Social Responsibility (RSE), in which we will present numbers on the issue in our country. So we will boost all the actors of the industry to involve in a joint venture that aims to collect important funds for philantrophic objectives of the Fundación Mi Sangre, headed by well-known artist Juanes.

Which will be the main aim of the conference program supported by Coljuegos?
On the conferences of Thursday April 4th, commercial themes will be treated by SPIELO International and another important firm, as an introduction to the academic event  promoted by  Coljuegos with the support of national trade unions of the industry: the I Congress of Complicance Officers, promoted by Coljuegos, responsible of the games of chance administration and the UIAF of the Ministry of Finances, with the support of Feceazar and Fecoljuegos. These conferences will generate great expectation and interest, because they will treat issues related to the legality of the industry.

What do the activities that you are preparing for the Area Lounge consist of?
For us it is always very important to bring operators spaces of healthy amusement that set an excellent business environment, combining artistic shows, dance, musical shows, DJ´s and magic. We will have an excellent provision of gourmet food exclusive beverages.

What message would you give to those who have not decided to participate in FADJA yet?
