(UK).- Bank note validator manufacturer, Innovative Technology, announced the appointment of two new Customer Support Team Members based at their UK Head Office in Oldham: John Shaw, Customer Support Technician and Ian Mackinder, Customer Support Engineer.
Andy Bassam, Customer Support Manager said of the appointments, “We pride ourselves on our level of technology and service. Adding John and Ian to the team allows us to offer the best possible level of technical support to our expanding global customers. The guys will provide day to day support via phone and email and be on hand to assist customers with new product implementations.”
