What's your opinion about ICE 2013? Was the new venue convenient for you?
The ICE 2013 was excellent for us. We have sown many seeds in the past year with new products. We place great emphasis on bringing innovation to the market – and that this innovation is targeted in solving challenges that our customers face and so help to raise player entertainment and operator revenue. These innovations need to prove themselves. We received fantastic feedback from our international clients and were complimented on the technology and support we offer.
The ICE 2013 is an extremely important gaming show and is very international – as we are. The new location with extra space is a fitting location for such a professional industry.
What was the visitor response to the products you presented?
In a word: excellent. Our drScreen was very well received. We make use of the video monitor – there is no requirement any more for a small, additional screen for player tracking. All account information is shown on the screen. The beauty is that the player can continue playing whilst managing his or her account. Secondly, drScreen is a perfect way for operators to reach out to their players – providing player-specific advertising, promotions and rewards to name just a few. We believe we are changing the way operators and players view systems – with DRGT they are simple to understand and use and offer great benefits.
Where did most of your clients and visitors come from?
Our headquarters are in Europe and we have a strong subsidiary in Latin America. Our partner for Africa – Simplicit-e – is doing great work – so in short the majority of customers were from Europe, Latin America or Africa.
What will be your shows calendar for the rest of the year?
Our next exhibition will be in Dublin, Ireland, in two weeks, quickly followed by FADJA in Bogota, Colombia. Also at FADJA we will have an increased presence with a larger booth in order to better receive our Latin American customers.
What will be your next steps?
After a successful rollout in Belgium of our innovative drScreen solution, we will be installing across different continents soon at the casinos of our launch customers in Latin America, Africa and Europe.
After the launch in 3 continents we expect quickly to follow up orders as it offers truly unique benefits to operators, players and regulators. DRGT stands for proven, extremely reliable systems technology that opens up a whole new world of marketing / advertising / promotion possibilities. We foresee our client base growing strongly.
