Upon regulatory approval, the agreement will enable SHFL to offer its online versions of popular proprietary table games such as Three Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold'em, and Fortune Pai Gow Poker to the growing portfolio of iGaming operators using the GAN platform in the United Kingdom, Italy and Spain.
