FutureLogic names new Chief Financial Officer

His expertise ranges from large accounting and consulting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers and FTI Consulting, as well as middle market companies such as ExtruMed, a precision medical component manufacturer, and boutique investment banking firms, including Trinity Capital and Barrington Associates. At FutureLogic, Shepherd will oversee corporate finance and accounting, HR and IT and will report to FutureLogic Chief Executive Officer, Eric Meyerhofer.

Shepherd holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business. He is a certified public accountant in California (inactive) and previously also held NASD series 7, 24, 28, and 63 licenses.
