(Canada).- TransAct Technologies announced that they have entered into a distribution agreement with Canadian-based Bet Rite Gaming Service. Under the terms of the agreement, Bet Rite will distribute TransAct’s entire portfolio of innovative casino and gaming printers and software solutions throughout Canada.

“We are very pleased to be partnering with Bet Rite, a leading distribution and sales organization focused solely on the Canadian gaming market,” said Tracey Chernay, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for TransAct Technologies.“With this new agreement, TransAct will be able to provide our extensive casino and gaming technology solutions to Canadian casinos through a partner who is dedicated to expanding coverage and to unparalleled customer service.”

Under the new agreement, Bet Rite will add the TransAct Epic 950 to its top-of-the-line offering of casino and gaming products. The Epic 950 is the industry-leading ticket-in, ticket-out printer; chosen by casinos worldwide for its extreme reliability, one printer for all game types, and the upgradability to coupon printing.

Additionally, Bet Rite will partner with TransAct to offer the EPICENTRAL Print System to Canadian casinos. Connected directly to TransAct's ServerPort device inside the slot machine — EPICENTRAL is an easy-to-use, cost-efficient software system that enables casinos to internally develop marketing programs and promotional coupons to be distributed to customers on a real-time basis at a slot machine via the EPICENTRAL technology.

Additionally, the system works with existing slot systems and games as it operates with a separate and distinct connection with the printer. With this, casinos will be able to use the EPICENTRAL Print System to connect to all existing slot machines, regardless of the game's manufacturer, to drive increased revenue and enhance their customers' experience on a real-time basis.

Richard Cone, Chief Executive Officer of Bet Rite commented, “We are very excited about our new partnership with TransAct Technologies Incorporated. The opportunities within the Canadian gaming market are ever growing and this alliance with TransAct positions us to provide even greater service and support to our customers.”
