What are your expectations about ICE?
We have some high expectations this year for ICE. Being in a new venue and G&D having it's own booth displaying some of our new solutions for casinos count rooms we are expecting a great turn out and many visitors to our booth.
How do you think that the new venue will influence in the development of the show?
We feel the new venue will certainly contribute to the growth of ICE this year and years to come. We are excited to see the impact it will have on our booth traffic and quality of visitor to our booth.
What place will interactive gaming have at the show? What products will you present? What are its main features?
G&D will be displaying and demonstrating our BPS C4 Currency Sorter, our new BPS C1 and Numeron Currency counters interfaced to our new BPS Connect Casino software. Casinos will be able to see G&D casino solutions and the benefits they will bring to their operations.
What are your main markets in EMEA?
We have customers throughout the EMEA and are looking forward to expanding our footprint within these regions for years to come.
How is the company positioned in each of these markets?
G&D has both direct offices and distributors that cover these markets within many markets segments, one being casinos.
How was 2012 for the most important markets of EMEA?
2012 was a year that we began to see some growth in our casino market segment within some areas of the EMEA.
What is the perspective for 2013?
We feel that 2013 should continue to provide us some positive growth within the casino segment especially with the introduction of our new products like the BPS C4 and BPS C1.
What goals will you pursue this year, especially in Europe?
G&D goals for 2013 is to continue growing our casino business throughout Europe by educating the casinos in the region about the solutions that G&D provides to bring efficiency to all their count room operations.
