(Slovenia, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Albert Radman, Alfastreet’s Marketing and Sales Manager, talked about the current situation of the company, the main challenges it had to face this year and the novelties to be presented. “We are launching many new products and we are more than confident in the success of our Multi Game solutions,” he affirmed.

What is the evaluation of this year?
This year was definitely challenging for our company, yet we managed to fulfill our goals and even progress above our projections. We knew that to stay ahead, we need to make sure we can offer wider range of products, with the emphasis on the beautiful design and perfect reliability of our products.

What were the main challenges that you had to face within your major markets?
There were two challenges that we had to face. First, the decrease in the number of investments made  in our markets. Operators are still very careful and new investments are rare. This brings us to our second challenge, the increased pressure from our competitors. As the buyers potential is low, some of our struggling competitors are ready to do anything to make the sale. This is creating some unreasonably good offers to the buyers but we are still managing to maintain our leading position with the ETG market, by offering unique products with impeccable history and undisputed reputation.

In your opinion, what was the most outstanding novelty (positive or negative)?
We will be able to judge any novelty after some time passes as the success of the novelty is only judged by the operators and the players and this can not be fairly judged while the novelty is still a novelty. Overall, gaming market is really moving on some charted tracks and there was nothing that really caught our attention for being outstanding and unexpected.

What was the most innovative product or service launched this year by your company?
Well, officially our launches will be done at the upcoming ICE 2013. We have created several new products which means extra games and extra services for our customers. At the ICE we will officially launch completely new single terminal, several new games and features that are really unique and progressive.

In your opinion, what is the country with the highest growth potential for next year and why?
We are very much aware of the potentials for the next year. However, we will leave it to our competitors to find out on their own.

What are your company's plans for 2013?
We will expand even further on our existing markets and we will also strengthen our position in the certain areas which we somehow neglected till now. We are launching many new products and we are more than confident in the success of our Multi Game solutions, so the 2013 is something we look forward to and we expect to maintain our position in the global gaming market.

How do you picture the gaming industry in 2013? Will it be similar to this year? Will there be a growth or slowdown?
The gaming industry will definitely grow, as improved services and upgraded products are the only way to maintain and to progress in these times. That is why all serious gaming companies invest extensively in these features and this will be bringing the growth of the gaming market, and other hand, next year will definitely 'filter out' companies which are not ready for such challenges.
