(Argentina, exclusive Yogonet.com).- At the end of the third and last day of SAGSE Buenos Aires, Yogonet.com talked to Ricardo Regner, Senior Director of Sales and Operations for Latin America, who analyzed and valued positively this year’s edition, remarked the quality of the visitors and defined the event as “one of the most important shows in Latin America.”

What is your opinion of the 2012 edition of SAGSE?
This edition has left a positive result. We have had many visits from our customers, who have been sourprised with the latest novelties of the firm, even counting with a smaller booth than last year. It was specifically due to the adaptation process to comply with the new importation requirements in Argentina. Participating at the show was a right decision.

What was the quality of the visitors?
Compared to previous edition, there were less foreign visitors. He have noted less presence from Chilean and Peruvian operators. However, I highlight the quality of the visits we had from our main Latin American customers. We were very satisfied with that.

What was the operators’ opinion with regard to the Argentine market?
This year everyone had to adapt to the new regulations regarding imports for providers, and the modification of the casino operating licenses has affected several operators. On top of that, all our operators showed their interesting for being able to install the latest product releases from Bally, both at a slots level and at a systems level. The new Bally products have helped us obtain a growing market share.

Which do you think will be the challenge of the event facing 2013?
We have participated in SAGSE for many years and, for us, it is one of the most important events in Latin America, specially due to the quantity and quality of the visitors. The standard is always very good and high, and it motivates us to participate every year. We know it will keep on that track and the challenge is to attract more and more participants every edition, and that it may have the same dimension as in previous years.

Have you defined in what Latin American events will you exhibit next year?
We are concluding to define the schedule, but our aim is to participate again in SAGSE Buenos Aires, PGS and FADJA, as well as in other projects we are still evaluating.
