The convergence between the social gaming and gambling sectors is progressing, as demonstrated by the recent launch of real-money gaming on Facebook by Gamesys, the partnership deal between bwin.party and Zynga and the use of Betable’s platform by Big Fish to move into real-money gaming.
This dynamic will be explored at the third Monetising Social Gaming conference taking place annually at the ICE Totally Gaming show in London, ExCel, on 6 February 2013.
The pioneering event which has evolved over the past three years to capture the changing interests of the gaming industry towards social media and now social gaming, will feature a long list of prominent speakers from social and real-money gaming.
Facebook’s Sean Ryan, Director of Games Partnerships, will speak for the first time on the evolution of the social casino category and on Facebook's policies when it comes to working with gambling brands - for virtual currency and real-money gaming.
There will be a list of top level speakers including the top iGaming operators and social game developers – BigFish, Buffalo Studios, Akamon Entertainment, Clickfun Casino, Diwip Games, Mytopia, Yazino, RocketPlay, Product Madness, Dragonplay, Blitzoo, William Hill, Ladbrokes, Praesepe, Betsson, Bookie Mania, Slingo, Playstudios…
