(Argentina, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Gaming Floor Live, Supernova Roulette, Tablet Roulette and A-Plus Shuffler were the star products at TCS John Huxley booth at the latest edition of SAGSE. David Charnock, VP of Sales for the Central American, South America and the Caribbean; and Elizabeth Romano, Manager of Business Development of TCS John Huxley for Latin America; talked to Yogonet.com during the event.

What products did you present?
David Charnock (DC): In addition to our core products such as Chipper Champ 2, Roulette wheels, tables and winning number displays which are well established in this market, we showcased our new key products Gaming Floor Live (GFL) a real-time data roulette optimization system; Supernova progressive roulette, the only product of its kind for Roulette that we recently presented in Las Vegas; the A-Plus shuffler which was launched here earlier this year and has proved very popular with operators so far and Tablet Roulette, which allows live play on a tablet device anywhere in the casino, according to the territory legislation.

How do you see the Argentine market?
Elizabeth Romano (ER): As we are all aware, there are currently strong import restrictions in place that are challenging, however we see Argentina as an important market and we are committed to working with our customers to provide the service and support they require to run their businesses. In time we hope the situation will ease and we are seeing small signs that target solutions to these problems.
DC: Despite the current situation, we decided to come to SAGSE as the Argentinian market is very important for us. We are optimistic and we believe a solution will be found and we will be ready for the next step.

On top of Argentina, what other Latin American countries are important for TCS John Huxley?
ER: We are active right across Central and South America and have some significant projects in Peru, Chile, Uruguay and Colombia.
DC: Mexico is an important market for us although this last year has been complicated regarding regulations for live table games. Once this is further clarified, we believe it will improve even more.  Another very important market for us is Panama.

What comments have you received from SAGSE visitors with regard to the products and the Argentine industry in general?
ER: We have had a fantastic response to the products we have showcased at this year’s SAGSE. Due to the success of G2E and the support of our Latin American customers there, we decided to bring all our latest products straight from Las Vegas.  As a result, we have seen new operators who have been recommended to visit us.

Regarding the current situation in Argentina, the operators are concerned due to the lack of stability in the political, legal and economical aspects, but Argentinian people are always very optimistic!
