What products did you present in SAGSE?
In SAGSE we shared booth with TCS John Huxley, our official provider, presenting our plastic and cardboard cards, which have been very successful for us.
How do you analyze the three-day SAGSE event?
The event was very good and we are very happy because there was a lot of public. Unfortunately, we have the problema of restrictions in Argentina, with which we cannot bring the cards, but we continue talking with our customers, which ask us to do something. From Brazil we are doing all the possible procedures to be able to bring the cards to the country, but I want to assure our customers that, once it is possible, we will send the cards. We have more than the 70% of the Argentinian market, so we are very worried with this situation and we will keep of working hard to be able to have Copag in Argentina again, in a very near future. We are trying to obtain the licences with the government of Argentina and working together with the customers. It is a process that takes months, but we continue working hard on that.
Which was the customers feedback?
Very good. Customers came to the booth to ask what is going on. The truth is that we are producing and we keep on doing it in countries such as US, in Africa, Europe and in Latin America. We continue manufacturing the best cards worldwide but, unfortunately, the current situation in Argentina does not depend on us; anyway, we are present and we will come back as soon as the situation is solved.
What are your plans for next year?
We will participate at the London event, Las Vegas and Argentina again, but perhaps we can also exhibit at Peru or Panama, and, even if we cannot have our own booth, we will go there, visit the show and say hello to the customers. Besides, we have renewed our association with Pokerstars for two more years, We keep on doing the best for the best.
What is your analysis of 2012?
It was a very positive year, we are still leaders in Latin America.
