Bodog88 builds Asia business

(Philippines).- Bodog88.com has seen its Manila-based operations grow in the last 12 months and now Bodog Nation is to have its headquarters in the Philippines capital. In the last year, the Bodog brand’s Asian facing business, Bodog88.com, has launched its own live dealer studio and seen staff numbers grow from 150 to 850 employees and counting.
Bodog Nation’s Jade Forlani said: “The growth of both opportunity and talent over here is phenomenal and it made sense for us to move our head office here as this was where we were doing most our recruiting.”
“Only a few months ago the biggest part of the job was selling Manila as a destination. We will still focus heavily on showcasing this great city but as competitors also begin to discover it we felt we needed to up our game and be in a position to offer the best packages possible as well as offering real local knowledge which, as I am now a resident, I feel in a much better position to do,” Forlani concluded.
Manila is also a base for SportingBet, William Hill, Playtech, Unibet, Betsson and Ladbrokes.
