Intralot introduces social gaming

(Italy).- Through its subsidiary Intralot Interactive, Intralot announced its entry into the Social Gaming world with the introduction of the Lazyland Social Gaming Suite. Its novel proposition is designed to reach new audiences, to increase customer loyalty and to raise casual gamers’ awareness and familiarity with real-money products.

Intralot Italia, the firm’s subsidiary in Italy, was the first to successfully launch the company’s new suite in the Italian market, under the new brand “Giochi di Intralot”.

The new product suite, designed and implemented as a result of Intralot’s established partnership with the social gaming company Lazyland, offers the complete social gaming experience, and further enhances the Universal Gaming Suite of the company’s product portfolio. It provides instant access to a variety of gaming content, accessible through the players favorite Social Networks, such as facebook, and implements a flexible gaming architecture based on the virtual goods economy. At the same time it seamlessly integrates with the company’s money play suite of products, further enhancing the players experience.

The global social gaming industry market size is estimated to exceed us$ 8 billion in 2012 and is forecasted to reach us$ 14,5 billion by the end of 2015. The number of the social network gamers worldwide is 750 million and is expected to continue rising, reaching 1,5 billion in 2015.
