How are you preparing for SAGSE Buenos Aires? What are you hoping to accomplish in this show?
This is a very exciting time of year for us. Bally Technologies has never been more committed to offering the latest innovations in both games and systems technology to casino operators in Latin America. We already have a large library of games which continue to perform exceptionally well and resonate with the market, and the recent Global Gaming Expo, where we unveiled a multitude of award-winning game and system products, continues to prove our dedication. This year’s SAGSE will highlight that ongoing commitment.

For you as exhibitors, does it change into something that the show now takes place from Tuesday to Thursday instead of Wednesday to Friday?
Bally Technologies is excited and honored to be a part of SAGSE. We’re eager to share our latest innovations with Latin American operators − no matter the day.

Bally has presented NASCAR and Pawn Stars during G2E. Are these titles available for Latin America?
As the latest international brands added to the Bally Technologies premium game library, we are absolutely planning to showcase NASCAR and Pawn Stars at SAGSE and make them available in Latin America in the coming year. 
One of the world’s top TV shows, Pawn Stars (El Precio de la Historia) stars Rick, grandfather Richard (Old Man), grandson Corey, and Corey’s loveable sidekick Chumlee on the HISTORY Channel. The show has been a huge hit around the world, having been translated into 37 languages and rated as a top cable show in the United States, Europe and Latin America.
The game begins when a player chooses their favorite character from the show. Selling and negotiating adds excitement during the Negotiation Bonus, where players choose one of five items to sell and then negotiate with the Pawn Stars for credit awards.
Our brand-new NASCAR video slots features a lineup of who’s who in racing royalty – Clint Bowyer, Dale Earnhardt, Jr., Jeff Gordon, Kevin Harvick, and Jimmie Johnson. Players select their favorite driver and the game screens change to reflect that driver’s team colors and branding. This high-octane experience features three bonuses: The Pit Stop Bonus, Burnout Free Games and the U-Race Bonus.

What products will function as an eye-catcher for SAGSE's visitors in your stand?
In addition to Pawn Stars and NASCAR, SAGSE attendees will likely be excited by Betty Boop’s Fortune Teller, the new companion game to the hit Betty Boop’s Love Meter, which offers an unprecedented 15 bonuses at any bet. Bally takes play mechanics to new a new level with SKEE-BALL and All That Jazz. An arcade favorite, SKEE-BALL includes a bonus feature in which players touch and slide to “bowl” the SKEE-BALL, winning “tickets” that enable them to “Pick a Prize” on the game that reveals credit awards. All That Jazz has a revolutionary iDeck feature called U-Play, where players touch and spin virtual piano keys to play along to favorite songs. How was this year for Bally in Latin America? What market has grown the most?
This was another great year for Bally in Latin America as we continue to fine-tune our focus and ensure that we are developing and delivering products that will deliver a strong return-on-investment for operators. Frankly, we see growth opportunities in almost all Latin American markets. Peru, Uruguay, and Colombia are countries with strong potential and we’re making the necessary investments to grow our leadership position. Bally has recently opened offices in Peru to be closer to our customers and provide even more responsive service, and this move is yielding high growth and helping us build stronger relationships. Over the past five years, Chile has developed at an incredible rate. New regulations, coupled with the opening of 17 new casinos, have provided a host of new opportunities, which is extremely exciting for the industry. 

What are your expectations for this region?
Our team sees the Latin American markets maturing, and casinos focusing on system solutions to differentiate themselves from their competitors and better track, reward and entertain players. Given the large number of mobile phones in Latin America, we also foresee a significant growth in mobile/interactive gaming.  We’re very excited to introduce our world-class brand Michael Jackson King of Pop to casino floors in Latin America, and expect that to do very well in the upcoming year. Casinos and players are eager to experience Michael Jackson’s music, video clips, famous dance moves, and the tremendous interaction and bonus features in our highly entertaining game. With five of the most popular Michael Jackson songs and video clips from his outstanding performances highlighted on our Pro Series surround-sound chair, the game delivers a true concert-like gaming experience!
