Promobox is a new application that will improve operations while at the same time allow the clients to access their accounts with the use of a self-service terminal.
With its interactive kiosk, amongst other functions, the client will be able to control and modify in a simple, direct and dynamic way the account status (balance, points/credits, promotions, personal information, transactions, etc.), follow active promotions in the gaming hall, access upcoming casino promotions, and request gift redemptions, or view future gifts.
Promobox is the new method of interaction for gaming hall / client, to provide easy and convenient service to the clients, while optimizing their relationship with the casino, simultaneously generating more self-service and trust.
