Intralot rewarded for its innovation in human resources

“Intralot Global Live Network” was voted as the most innovative and creative practice in HR, aiming to improve the internal communication and provide to employees in both headquarters and subsidiaries in 53 countries worldwide simultaneous access to corporate business information.

“Intralot Global Live Network” is a learning platform, designed to enhance corporate communication and share corporate knowledge across all Intralot Group operations, as well as a communication tool for Intralot’s global community to network in real time, learn about new products and services, and gain knowledge about the hottest industry trends and further corporate expertise on various topics.

Upon receiving the award Argyris Tsilidis, Organisation & Human Resources Director of Intralot Group, stated: “Intralot Global Live Network is an innovative HR tool that is the result of our need to have a wider, more effective and secure internal communication platform that eliminates time and place barriers and promotes a better understanding of our products and services by all our executives throughout our worldwide operations. The Hellenic Institute of Human Resources Management of the HMA (Hellenic Management Association) was established in 1989.
