Isle of Capri adds new member to its Board of Directors

Biumi most recently served as president and chief financial officer of Kerzner International, a leading developer and operator of destination resorts, casinos, and hotels. Prior to joining Kerzner, she served as executive vice president and CFO at NCL Corporation where she was responsible for all aspects of financial management, corporate tax, treasury, investor relations, corporate, capital and strategic planning, as well as merger acquisitions. From 1999 until 2005, she played an active role in building Royal Caribbean Cruises, into one of the world's leading cruise companies. 

She is a certified public accountant in the State of Florida and began her career at Price Waterhouse in Miami managing numerous audit and special engagements for public and private companies.

The appointment is pending necessary gaming regulatory approvals.
