Tom Ballance named Borgata President and COO

Ballance will report to Bob Boughner, Executive Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer of Boyd Gaming, who has served as President of Borgata for several years.

Ballance joined Borgata as Vice President of Development in 1998.  Prior to joining Borgata, he spent 17 years at Harrah's Atlantic City in a variety of operations and development positions.
