(US).- TransAct Technologies announced that it will display the company’s robust and highly reliable banking printers at the upcoming BAI Retail Delivery Conference and Expo. This year’s conference takes place October 9 – 11 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center located in Washington, DC.

The firm will be located in booth number 927 during the conference.

Executives will be on hand to demonstrate the company’s market-leading printers designed specifically for banking applications.  On display will be the Bankjet 2500, Bankjet 1500 and Ithaca 280 printers.

The Bankjet 2500 is the most cost-efficient, feature-rich printer currently available in the marketplace. This highly reliable printer is fully compatible with existing banking systems and features simple drop-in paper loading and drop-in, wide cut-through validation. With its lower cost, ease of operation and high quality, the Bankjet 2500 is the ideal printer solution for today’s financial institutions.

Bankjet 1500 provides the ability to print receipts and to validate various sized forms.  Additional features include the option of printing in red, black, green, or blue – or in any combination of two colors - allowing the option of adding attention-grabbing graphics, promotions or special offers.

Transact’s Ithaca 280 printer is the perfect solution when a low-cost, high-speed thermal printer is required.  The Ithaca 280 prints crisp, clear thermal receipts in either one or two colors.  Its extra large drop-in paper roll maximizes up time and increases efficiency at the teller station.
