Aristocrat's Oasis 360 system nRich to be unveiled at G2E

nRich is a totally new form of bonusing engine that focuses on dynamically rewarding individual players instead of targeting players in groups. Unlike other bonusing engines that use generic/non-specific thresholds to initiate a bonus event, nRich is dynamic because it uses the Average Daily Theoretical win specific to a patron or to a group of patrons as the basis for the bonus.

nRich visually displays a meter on screen, in front of the player, to give the player a sense of how close they are to achieving an added bonus. The visual indicator raises players' level of anticipation.

It recently topped Casino Enterprise Management Magazine's 3rd annual Hospitality Operations Technology (HOT) Awards List for Guest Experience Enhancement, and field studies have shown nRich's value to operators.

In one case study the theoretical win of participating players on the promotion day increased over expected theoretical win by 53.7 percent. In another, 53 percent exceeded their best ADT day in the last 90 days on the day of the promotion, and theoretical of participating players on promotion day increased over expected theoretical by 102 percent. In a third study, 43 percent of participating players exceeded their best ADT day in the last 90 days on the day of the promotion.
