NEWave to release its new Mobile product at G2E 2012

Mobile is an extremely user-friendly mobile tool that operates in conjunction with NEWave’s Title 31 Manager and Tax Form Validator software. It generates a more streamlined and efficient process for casino staff across multiple departments, including Slots, Cage, Table Games, Poker, Bingo, and Race & Sports. Mobile gets the customer back in play quickly by providing the exact information needed at the exact time and place, and Mobile allows casino floor staff to maintain their presence on the floor. Mobile works on a variety of mobile devices, including Apple, Android and Windows.

Next, Vault Manager accurately tracks all cash throughout a property, including issuing banks, front windows, POS banks, and event banks. It also takes into account cash deposits from soft count drop, table game drop, POS drop, and more. Vault Manager works with a property’s cash-counting machines and provides tape totals for all cash and documents from all areas, tracks all ins and outs from the vault area, and creates mini vaults as required, such as employee banks and chip banks.

Vault Manager has a full reporting service enabling properties to view history and a breakdown of the currency/coin from any given time period. Vault Manager also helps properties go paperless by utilizing electronic signatures and eliminating the need for any printing of paper documents, saving time and money on supplies and FTE.

Last, NEWave has integrated Cummins-Allison’s new iFX high-speed scanner with NEWave’s audit products, dramatically improving process efficiency. The Cummins JetScan iFX high-speed scanner scans 800 images per minute at 200 dpi, and provides tape totaling when used with NEWave’s audit software. The application is perfect for use with kiosk tickets and can be used with and without imaging.

NEWave’s three core product suites – myCompliance Manager, my Revenue Manager and myDocument Manager – help casinos streamline their operations, drastically reduce paperwork and paper storage, speed tax filing processes and help casinos simply operate better.
