What can you tell us about the new Core Edge platform that you are going to present at G2E?
Core Edge is a new version of our Open SBG Core platform. Core Edge offers the ability to deliver the advanced functionality of our Open SBG Core platform, but in a low cost, compact or tablet form factor. At G2E, Core Edge will power our new Multi-Game Bar product, which runs slots, virtual sports and roulette content on bar top tablets. It’s an exciting new development which is ideal for operators who want a range of content at minimal cost for their casino, lottery or arcade venues.
What are the main features of Inspired’s Virtual Sports?
This year’s G2E will also see the launch of our upgraded Virtual Motor Racing with enhanced graphics and real backgrounds. Already popular around the world, our Virtual Sports games are being bet on in over 20,000 venues in 33 countries. Virtual Sports provides operators with a continuous stream of exciting content, which ensures there’s always something to watch in the venue. The product’s ability to be scheduled around live events means it works equally well in high street lotteries or resort casinos, and grows incomes without detracting from existing revenue streams. It’s a great solution for operators wanting an additional form of entertainment that provides excitement and emotional engagement for the player.
What are the main features of Inspired’s Sabre Multi-Win Roulette and how is it performing in the US?
Sabre Multi-Win Roulette is the fastest selling electronic roulette of 2012, and one of our most exciting products for the US market. Its range of advanced features, which include the ability to connect to four live or auto wheels, and highly developed Easy Bet functionality, have proven to produce record incomes around the world. In combination with its 26” HD display, Sabre is proving the top choice for operators looking to upgrade their current electronic table gaming products.
Sabre is performing well in the US so far. Players love its modern look, 26” screen and choice of four wheels. We’re particularly pleased to have received approval for Sabre in the state of New Jersey, as it is one of the most challenging places in the world to get approval for a gaming product. We worked closely in co-operation with the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE), which is well known for its high standards in product approvals, regulatory compliance, software and hardware requirements. Our first install with Revel has been a key milestone for us, and we’re pleased to announce there is already further demand for Sabre in New Jersey. We look forward to many more installations via our US distribution partners DigiDeal and TCS JohnHuxley.
What is the purpose to be achieved at the show this year?
At this year’s show, we will demonstrate why we’re one of the world’s leading providers of VLTs, Cloud SBG Slots, E-Roulette and Virtual Sports. On our technology-focused stand, we will have a team of ‘Server-Based Geniuses’ and ‘Video Lottery Techies” who will be answering all questions on distributed gaming, and demonstrating the benefits of our Open SBG Core and Core Edge platforms. We will also show how our Virtual Sports product works for all venues, from street gaming to lottery shops and casinos.
What are your main plans for the coming months?
In the coming months, we plan to show US operators our innovative range of products and further the roll out of our electronic table games and Virtual Sports across America. We intend to continue our success with Sabre, seeking approval in new states and supporting our US distributors, DigiDeal and TCS JohnHuxley. Outside of the US, we have big plans for a lot more VLT and Virtual Sports activity in the new markets of Latin America, Asia and Europe. Overall, we are very optimistic about the future and look forward to a great G2E show.
