NEWave launches its newest tool, Mobile, at G2E 2012

“Our customers came to us with a problem in that 90 percent of players winning jackpots had won them before, but the paperwork mountain continued to grow. The compliance and tax paperwork associated with tax forms was taking the fun out of winning for customers, and was making casino staff run back and forth to the jackpot station to ensure everything was properly documented. We listened, and we created Mobile to help casinos remain in compliance, while speeding up the tax form process,” said NEWave COO Tom Bechtel.

NEWave’s Mobile is a user-friendly tool that expedites the entire tax form process because it works in conjunction with NEWave’s Title 31 Manager and Tax Form Validator software. Mobile gives casino staff incredible flexibility to confirm already stored and validated guest information, create tax forms, speed payouts, maintain Title 31 compliance, track MTLs, and more, all while maintaining face-to-face contact with the guest.

Mobile creates a more streamlined and efficient process for casino staff across multiple departments, including Slots, Cage, Table Games, Poker, Bingo, and Race & Sports. With Mobile, casinos can get immediate validation for known patrons, determination of preferred method for disbursement of funds on the spot and acceptance of electronic signatures.

NEWave’s Mobile works on a variety of mobile operating systems, including Apple, Android and Windows.

The firm will also preview Vault Manager, its new cash-tracking software, and demonstrate integration of the powerful Cummins-Allison iFX high-speed scanner.
