(Costa Rica, exclusive Yogonet.com).- Colección Sonesta will land in Costa Rica with Sonesta Hotel Casino Escazú, a five-star concept that will include a hotel with 171 rooms, three bars, two restaurants, a 1,500 sqm casino and a 1,000 sqm business area. Yogonet.com talked to Johnathan Raineau, EXT Development Representative, who offered more details on the matter.
The project is in its initial phase, and the casino will offer “a combination of traditional and local games” and will target the “middle-upper class of the zone” and the “corporate public” of the area in which it will be located. The property will be situated next to Multiplaza mall, on Próspero Fernández highway.
Johnathan Raineau assured: “We will be the first in the area with an entertainment concept”. And concluded: “We propose to fill the gap existing in the market for a high-quality product at a reasonable price in Latin America.”
The hotel will operate under the franchise Sonesta. The firm EXT is the developer of the project. The opening is planned for March 2013.
