Vanessa Meijer-Groeneweg promoted to head up team

New customer service department at Suzo-Happ’s European headquarters

(Netherlands).- Suzo-Happ announced the creation of the new Customer Service Department in its European Headquarters, in The Netherlands. Vanessa Meijer- Groeneweg will lead the new department. She is a loyal employee of the Suzo-Happ Group with already 11 years of service to the company.

Her previous position was within inside sales with responsibility for the Benelux countries. “Vanessa has vast experience with supporting our clients. She was the ideal candidate for this position and her friendly, focused approach is a great asset,” notes Harald Wagemaker, Sales Director of Suzo-Happ EMEA.

He also explains the setting up of the new Customer Service Department, “The multi-faceted market demands change over time. Our customers are growing in their international successes and it is our task to ensure that our service mirrors this. We therefore made the decision to implement this brand new department. Now customers can channel their enquiries through one single department. We believe this will add even further impetus on our approach to professional customer service.”
