Konami announces the promotion of two Senior Executives

(US).- With the aim to strengthen its senior leadership team, Konami Gaming announced the promotion of Glenn Masada to Senior Director, Accounting and Finance, and Spencer Peterson, who has been appointed as Senior Director, Technical Compliance.

Glenn Masada has been promoted to Senior Director, Accounting and Finance. In this role, Glenn oversees the accounting and finance operations at Konami. Reporting directly to our Senior Vice President/Chief Administrative Officer, Ryoichi Kimura, Masada is responsible for directing the fiscal functions of Konami to achieve short and long-term financial and strategic objectives.

One of Glenn’s key responsibilities is developing and maintaining Konami’s strict adherence to generally accepted accounting principles, as well as maintaining quality relationships with financial institutions. Glenn has been with Konami since July 2007 and has over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.

Spencer Peterson has been promoted to Senior Director, Technical Compliance. In this role, he will continue to report to Tom Jingoli, Senior Vice President/Chief Compliance Officer and is responsible for ensuring that the business practices, policies and dealings related to regulatory requirements for Konami products are maintained to the highest standards. He is responsible for overseeing Konami’s gaming products and associated equipment submissions to regulatory authorities and labs including software testing and quality assurance, as well as serving as the company liaison with regulatory personnel on products, implementation of internal procedures, and revision updates. He has more than 17 years of experience in technical, engineering, and compliance roles within the gaming industry.

Spencer joined Konami in 2005 as Assistant Director, Technical Compliance. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Metropolitan State College of Denver.
